VALUE ADDED: Improved unit layouts. Created exercise room and TV lounge by revising design on 2nd level. Coordinated signage design to support design and marketing story. Space planning of retail spaces for four potential retail tenants after B&O Espresso declined to move back and before leases with Hot Cakes and Chiropractor-Sports Trainer were finalized. Minimized Architect's construction administration fees by responding to RFI's and reviewing shop drawings that Architect determined would not reduce its overall liability responsibility.
