GOAL: Develop 125 market-rate condos at intersection of Uptown and Belltown neighborhoods in Seattle.
ROLE: Development Manager for Triad Development
VALUE ADDED: Assembled design and marketing team. Worked closely with Architect and Interior Designer to position this building favorably against its competition by using sliding glass walls and large glazed bath tiles. Managed off-site pre-sale office design & construction.
