GOAL: This classic Seattle cottage had been remodeled years ago into psychologist's offices and the group now wanted to add three more counseling offices.
ROLE: Architect
VALUE ADDED: Doubled usable area without triggering compliance with current handicapped and fire sprinklers codes. Finding a way to expand this building while adhering to City of Seattle Zoning setbacks imposed on this site [because it sits immediately adjacent to a single-family Residential zone] was challenging.
