VALUE ADDED: Timely completion of 100 EIS rezoning mitigation measures including $10M in signalization and road improvements, bike and pedestrian trails, and private bus service.
BRIDGE DEDICATION: Saved Hapsmith Development $500K in sales tax, plus ongoing future maintenance costs and accident liability insurance premiums, by successfully convincing the City of Auburn to accept privately-built fly-over bridge infrastructure.
ROW ACQUISITION: Effectively managed Right of Way acquisition under threat of condemnation meeting target budget and avoiding court battle delays.
WETLANDS MITIGATION: Obtained permission from Army Corp of Engineers to fill 1/10 acre of wetland and successfully created a mile long bio-swale terminating in man-made drainage ponds and a natural wetland.
