Front Porch/Deck Addition
GOAL: Add curb appeal.
ROLE: Architect
VALUE ADDED: We created outdoor rooms expanding the usable area for this home. Design adds a front porch that wraps around to the side door, thereby providing covered outdoor usable space off the main entry and living room facing the Lake Union view. We also created a second level deck integrated into the roof of the porch design accessed from the master bedroom. Trellis and lattice design shield visibility of the sundeck from the neighboring residence.
