GOAL: Create Bonus Room in Attic
ROLE: Architect
VALUE ADDED: Worked with structural engineer to raise cross-ties on dormer roof framing to create head height needed to occupy attic space. Shopped for stair railing parts at salvage stores. Replaced dormer windows and added skylight to improve lighting in this reclaimed space making it the perfect hideout for the adults or kids.
