GOAL: Timely Completion of Nathan Hale Renovation and Expansion
ROLE: Project Manager for DKA Architecture representing Seattle Public Schools.
VALUE ADDED: Construction Schedule Management: Assumed responsibility for Phase 1B Nathan Hale High School during construction because scheduling problems jeopardized timely opening of addition. New sequencing required minor architectural changes and extra coordination for shortened furniture installation and move-in period. Commissioning & Closeout: Nathan Hale High School Project 1B was commissioned and closed out, with all systems fully functional, and no outstanding claims, faster than any other Seattle Public Schools Building Excellence (BEX) project to date.
