GOAL: Acquire and develop a local shopping center.
ROLE: Development Manager
VALUE ADDED: Negotiated Joint Venture opportunity between First Western Properties and Canadian Developer, Wesbild. First Western Properties had a site with three committed anchors but lacked the equity to proceed forward due to delayed approvals for this difficult site. Wesbild provided the additional equity needed and managed construction. Managed multiple GC Contracts (because Albertson's deal included its own construction contract). Minimized claims during a particularly cold wet winter and met Grand Opening date.
