GOAL: Remodel 8 floors of IBM offices
ROLE: Architect
VALUE ADDED: Used domino phasing for remodeling 8 floors of IBM regional offices and move-management to keep departments fully operational during construction. Exceptionally clear and comprehensive documentation produced tightly competitive bid results for this project. Due to the success of this project, IBM engaged our team at Callison on three more office remodeling projects.
