VALUE ADDED: Obtained unanimous approval of design changes by Landmarks Board at first presentation. Scope of work included new handicapped accessible exterior entrance, new restrooms, food and beverage serving areas, adding a second means of egress from 2nd Level, increased height of guardrail on mezzanine to meet current code.
