VALUE ADDED: Development Management: Supervised and coordinated the design, permitting, construction and sale of 76 condominium homes, 2 retail shops, and associated subterranean parking. Neighborhood Advocacy: Strategic political engagement to affect final route for Light Rail to provide long term added value to dwellROOSEVELT site. Green Roof Garden: Rooftop amenity designed to minimize impact on structure, create distinct usage places, provide residents with herbs, and successfully attracted butterflies and hummingbirds. Instituted QC program during construction to minimize future 'building defects' claims from condo buyers.
