VALUE ADDED: Development of eight additional units in top two floors by successfully spearheading a departure to reduce setback for additional height. Improved unit layouts and maximized unit stacking. Integrated art & signage early into design creating a more unified design solution. Expedited permit for Commercial Tenant. LEED Gold certification pending.
