VALUE ADDED:  From energy upgrades of credit card call centers to security upgrades for cash-vault buildings, interior remodeling of Merrill Lynch and US Trust offices. Worked with Bank of America procedures and reporting tools to speed multiple projects to market winning the Cushman & Wakefield Hard Hat Award for best service provider at the end of 2011.
