VALUE ADDED: This site and The Parc site were originally assembled by Merrill Gardens for a downtown senior housing and continuing care facility, Managed design and entitlements process until Merrill Gardens determined it was not a cost effective project.

VALUE ADDED: Worked with GGLO on Schematic Design and MUP applications for both Avenue One and The Parc market rate condo projects.
